MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

There are 5 tiers of the Port City Rewards program with their own benefits.

All new members over 18 years old automatically qualify for the bronze tier. Every time you use your Port City Bowling Club Membership card you will earn Port City reward points & status credits as you drink, dine & play.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PORT CITY REWARD POINTS AND STATUS CREDITS?

Reward Points are earned while spending in the venue using your membership card. Port City reward points are a way of thanking you for your loyalty and once accumulated these can be used to make purchases at any point of sale in the Club. Status Credits are earned while spending in the venue using your membership card. These credits are for the purpose of determining your tiering level and cannot be used for purchases. See our Port City rewards Terms and Conditions for details on Status Credit earn rates.

WHAT IS THE VALUE OF MY PORT CITY REWARD POINTS AND HOW DO I SPEND THEM?

1 point equals 1 cent, for example 100 points equals $1.00 and 1000 points equals $10.00.

You can choose to “pay by points” at any point of sale at the Club. For tiers that have a “pay-by-points” discounts this will be applied when you swipe your membership card. Payment by invoice and selected items are not eligible for Pay-by-point discounts.

WILL MY TIER LEVEL BE AFFECTED IF I SPEND MY PORT CITY REWARDS POINTS?

Your Port City reward point spend does not affect your tiering level or status credits.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TIER I’M IN?

Simply swipe your membership card at a member’s reward kiosk or ask a staff member to swipe at a point of sale to confirm your current tier.
